Student Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between "WALTZ TECHNOLOGY" (the “Institution”) and students enrolled in any academic or professional training course. By enrolling in any course at WALTZ TECHNOLOGY ACADEMIC, students agree to abide by the following terms:

1. Admission & Enrollment

a. Admission is granted based on the successful completion of all application requirements.
b. Students must provide accurate personal information and documents as requested during registration.

2. Course Fees & Payment

a. First part payment of course fees must be paid before or on the first day of class unless a written payment plan is agreed upon.
b. Late payments may incur additional charges or restrict access to classes and materials.

Fees are "non-refundable" once the course has commenced, except under exceptional and approved circumstances.

3. Attendance & Participation

a. A minimum attendance of 75% scores is required to qualify for certification.
b. Students are expected to arrive on time and participate actively in all class activities.
c. Repeated absence or lateness may result in disciplinary action or disqualification.

4. Conduct & Discipline

a. Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow students.
b. Misconduct such as cheating, plagiarism, verbal abuse, theft, or vandalism may result in suspension or expulsion.
c. Use of mobile phones during class is discouraged unless approved for academic use.

5. Use of Institution Facilities

a. Students must handle computers, furniture, and other facilities with care.
b. Any damage caused by negligence or misconduct must be paid for by the student responsible.

6. Certification

a. Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course, including meeting attendance and assessment requirements.
b. Waltz Technology reserves the right to withhold certificates due to unpaid fees or disciplinary issues.

7. Intellectual Property & Materials

a. Course materials provided are for personal educational use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold without permission.
b. Waltz Technology retains ownership of all course content, digital or physical.

8. Changes & Cancellations

a. The institution reserves the right to make changes to course schedules, instructors, or content as necessary.
b. Students will be informed promptly of any changes and may be offered alternatives or refunds in exceptional cases.

9. Health & Safety

a. Students are responsible for maintaining their personal health and safety while on campus.
b. Any medical condition that may affect participation must be disclosed during enrollment.

10. Agreement

By enrolling at Waltz Technology, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
